Poor Seed Quality

Rarely have I had a seed not germinate in the past which made me feel unhappy, having just 1/5 of these germinate. Paying 50 dollars for one seed is not overly exciting but it does look beautiful! Asked for a refund with receipt or an exchange but CNB couldn’t afford! Overall experience one star but If you get a five pack of seeds that actually germinate, 5-star bud
