Sleep better
By Albatross2023 from Shediac, NB on November 3, 2023I take about six to eight drops about an hour and a half before bedtime. It works great for my back pain. I use to wake up with lower back pain when I change position and had a hard time falling asleep again but now I sleep trough the night no problem.
