For a fee of $11 plus tax, your favourite Cannabis NB products will be delivered to you within a few hours by our delivery partner.

Same-day delivery requests can be submitted during business hours.
Orders placed Monday – Saturday by 12 p.m. will be delivered by 3:30 p.m. and orders placed between the hours of 12-6 p.m. will be delivered between 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. (Moncton).
Orders placed Monday – Saturday by 6 p.m. will be delivered between 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. (Fredericton/Saint John).
Orders placed on Sunday by 4 p.m. will be delivered between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. (all locations Moncton/Fredericton/Oromocto/Saint John).
For Fredericton and Oromocto area only, delivery on demand is available, allowing the delivery company to pick-up and deliver your same-day order right after you place it.
For orders over $150, the delivery is free.

Is there an additional cost for same-day home delivery?
Yes. In addition to the cost of your products, there is a delivery fee of $11 + HST. However, if you spend over $150 on your order delivery is free.
How do I request a same-day home delivery?
To request a same-day home delivery, call 1-800-204-1143 and follow the audio menu instructions to be connected to a CNB team member.
When can I request a same-day home delivery?
If your desired delivery location is within the greater Moncton, Saint John, Rothesay, Fredericton or Oromocto area, you can submit a same-day home delivery request during business hours Monday - Sunday.
How do I pay for same-day home delivery orders?
Both the cost of the products and the delivery fee are due upon delivery. The delivery partner driver can accept payment in cash, or via debit card or credit card.

When can I expect my same-day home delivery to arrive?
CNB offers two delivery windows during weekdays and Saturday, and one delivery window on Sunday. Delivery windows vary by location. Your delivery window for your location will be confirmed when you place your same-day delivery order.
Fredericton and Oromocto areas only offer delivery on demand.
What is delivery on demand?
Delivery on demand allows the delivery company to pick-up and deliver your Same-day order right after you place it, for fast convenient on demand delivery service.
What if I am not home to accept the delivery?
If you, or someone at least 19 years of age, are not home at the time of delivery, the driver will make a second attempt within 3 hours to deliver your order. If no one is available to accept and pay for the order after the second delivery attempt, the order will be cancelled.
What if my order is incorrect?
If any part of your order is incorrect, you may refuse the entire order or refuse the incorrect items. If you choose to accept part of the order, the driver will adjust your order cost accordingly and return the incorrect items on your behalf. If you choose to accept part of the order, the full delivery fee still applies.
Can I change or cancel my order?
No. Once your order is placed and on route, you cannot change or cancel your order.
If my delivery address is not within the greater Moncton, Saint John, Rothesay, Fredericton or Oromocto area, can I request a same-day delivery order?
No. Currently orders can only be delivered same-day to addresses within 12 kilometers of the stores providing Same day delivery. If you live outside the greater Moncton area, Fredericton, Oromocto, Saint John or Rothesay area, you can create an account with cannabis-nb.com to order online and have products shipped to your home or to pick up in-store using our Cannabis NB Express service.
Why is delivery on demand not offered in my location?
CNB currently works with local delivery agencies across regions. Some delivery agencies offer different services for different regions and delivery on demand is not always available. We are continuously reviewing our service to our customers and will continue to work with delivery partners to improve services where possible.
