Where can I buy a CNB gift card?

Can I buy a CNB gift card online?
No. CNB gift cards can only be purchased in-store. For a list of locations visit our Stores page.
What dollar amount can I put on a CNB gift card?
CNB gift cards can be purchased for any value up to $500.
Is there a service fee or activation fee for a CNB gift card?
No. The purchaser will pay only the amount loaded to the gift card and the recipient of the gift card will receive that full amount.
What can I redeem my CNB gift card for?
A CNB gift card can be redeemed in-store at any CNB location for any product or service being sold at that store. For a list of locations visit our Stores page.
Do I have to redeem the full amount on my gift card in one transaction?
No. You can redeem your gift card across multiple purchases.
Can I split the cost of a purchase between a CNB gift card and another payment method?
Yes. When in-store, just inform the CNB team member the amount you wish to redeem from your gift card and the amount you wish to pay using another method (credit card, debit card, cash, or another CNB gift card).
Can I redeem a specific amount from my CNB gift card and save the rest for future visit?
Yes. When in-store, just inform the CNB team member the amount you wish to redeem from your gift card. You can then pay any remaining balance using your preferred method (credit card, debit card, cash, or another CNB gift card).
Can I redeem a CNB gift card online for a home delivery or an express order?
No. At this time, CNB gift cards can only be redeemed for purchases made in-store. For a list of locations visit our Stores page.
Can I redeem a CNB gift card for cash?
No. CNB gift cards have no cash value unless used to purchase a product or service at a CNB store location.
Can I use a CNB gift card to buy another CNB gift card?
Yes. A CNB gift card can be used to buy anything being sold at a CNB store and that includes CNB gift cards.
If I have multiple CNB gift cards, can I have the balances consolidated on one card?
Yes. Bring your gift cards to a CNB store location and one of our team members will be happy to consolidate all the card balances onto one gift card.
How do I check my CNB gift card balance?
Check your CNB gift card balance at any time using the online balance inquiry on our homepage. You can also ask in-store and a CNB team member will be happy to confirm your gift card balance.
Can my CNB gift card be replaced if it is lost or stolen?
No. CNB cannot cancel or replace a card if it is lost or stolen. You must protect your card the same way you would protect cash.
Will my CNB Gift Card expire?
No. Your CNB gift card will not expire, and the value will not deplete unless it redeemed in-store to purchase a product or service.
