Par Ftonman de Fredericton, NB le 6 mai 2021I purchased a 1G cart of the Gelato 2 weeks ago. I got it home and upon opening the package, the cartridge had leaked all over the inside of the packaging. I reached out to Cannabis NB and they stated that all refunds need to be authorized by the vendor. I've reached out to the supplier 3 times and after providing the information the requested, they ghosted me. The first time, it took them 3 days to get back to me asking for more information. I replied immediately, and have heard nothing from RAD since. The reason this cart leaked, is because they use cheap carts that the mouthpiece just pops in. It was half out when I opened the package which is why it had leaked everywhere. I have had many carts over the past few months and still had some empty ones laying around. I Tried to pull open one of my Good Supply, Solei, and RE-Up carts and was unable to remove them by hand. Would not recommend due to the quality of the cartridge as well as the manufacturer customer support.
